About the Event
Join Rigazzi Instructor, Nikki Nitzband, as she hosts an hour-long yoga class every Saturday at Peaceful Side Brewery. This all levels class is divided into three parts and focuses on breath/body connection, making it appropriate for each Ayurvedic dosha type. Classic Sun Salutation variations bring heat into the body and get the wiggles out. Longer held poses offer the opportunity to slow down and connect with the innate wisdom of the body, while softer, more restorative poses encourage passiveness and rest.
