About the Event
Socially spaced and safe, this yoga class will take with all protocols in place. You must wear a mask to attend.
Join Rigazzi Instructors as they host an hour-long yoga class every Wednesday at the Knoxville Adventure Center. The sessions will hold space for people to slow down and take a moment for themselves to get into their bodies through intentional movement linked to breath and music. This class welcomes all levels of students, beginner to advanced.
