About the Event
Join Rigazzi Instructor, Katelyn Foley, as she hosts an hour-long Pilates class this Saturday at Printshop Beer Co. These Classical Pilates mat sessions will encourage exploration and variations of movement. Emphasis will be placed on core strength, control, precision, breath, and flow to connect to individual body alignment. This class welcomes all levels of students, beginner to advanced.
